Background
The drip station is a good example on how practicality can look stunningly stylish. Rough, effective and simple, this method opens the doors for a little DIY and lets us have a variety of filter holders that can not be found with any other method. The one we will use is made by our designer Oskar.
For the filter we recommend to use a Hario 01 or 02 depending on the size you prefer.
This brewing method takes us back to our roots, as this is how most producers taste their coffee first time, full of flavour and thickness. This method will let you to serve 4 at the time.

Boil the kettle and fold the filter correctly.

Press the paper filter into the base.

Avoid making empty spaces.

Rinse the filter.

Pour the coffee.

Add about 40g of Water.

Let the blooming process work for 40 seconds only.

Add the remaining water really slow in a circular movement, this will help to the homogeneous mixture.
