100 g of Boiling water
8g of coffee
Step One
Boil water and grind the coffee for espresso brewing, a grain as fine as 10 or 11.
Step Two
Tamp down the coffee into the filter the espresso firmly.
Step Three
Attach the espresso filter
Step Four
Pour boiling water between 2 or 3cm above the line, depending how strong you like your espresso.
Step Five
Push the lever until you feel a resistance.
Step Six
Wait 3 seconds Rise the levers once more and continue squeezing, the pressure you will feel it’s essential for the full extraction of flavours and oils; this should take around 15 seconds, if the extraction stops before, rise its arms again and give it another squeeze.
