Step One
Attach the filter into the syphon. We will use a cloth filter as this will give us a little bit of texture.

Step Two
Weigh and grind your coffee a bit thinner than your normal drip, as fine sugar, and add to the upper chamber.

Step Three
Bring the water to the boil if you want to speed up the process, and pour the hot water in the lower chamber.

Step Four 
Assemble the syphon. Do not do this too hard as this will make it more difficult for you to detach.

Step Five 
Switch on the burner and wait for the evaporation system to work its magic.

Step Six 
When the water has started to boil check the temperature in the upper chamber and turn the heater down, you want to reach almost boiling point.

Step Seven
When the water reaches 95 °C let 30 seconds pass

Step Eight 
Stop the heat and stir gently.

Step Nine
Make sure that the mixture on the top is homogeneous and let it go down

Step Ten 
Detach the chambers and wait a minute to pour, it’s really hot! Pour and enjoy this thin but flavour packed cup of coffee.
